It specifically targets Live Mirroring attacks (where a bot displays your site on a different domain in real-time), content scraping bots, and site cloning attempts. It ensures that if someone tries to load your site on a domain you haven’t authorized, the content will be blocked or redirected.
Do I need technical skills to set this up?
Very little. If you know how to install a WordPress plugin, you can do this. You simply need to paste a small snippet of code into your site’s header. We recommend using a free plugin like WPCode or Insert Headers and Footers to make this easy.
Will Shield slow down my website’s loading speed?
No. The Shield script is extremely lightweight and loads asynchronously, meaning it won’t block your images or text from appearing. It has a negligible impact on performance.
Can I see the un-obfuscated source code to audit it?
No. The obfuscation isn’t just to hide the code; it is a core part of the protection mechanism. AntiMirror uses “polymorphic entanglement” to trap bots and scrapers. If we released the readable “blueprint,” malicious actors could easily write a bypass that would render the shield useless for everyone. We recommend testing the shield on a staging environment first to verify its behavior and safety.

Yes. Shield is platform-agnostic. As long as you can add a code snippet to the

Yes. Since the Shield is a static JavaScript file, it works great with plugins like WP Rocket, LiteSpeed, or Autoptimize. Note: If you update your Shield file, remember to clear your site cache so visitors see the new version immediately.
